Do believe it is: 1. build a 3-6 month cash reserve - enough to cover all living expenses 2. pay off all debt - starting with debt on which you pay the highest rate of interest... once that one is paid... just pay off the next, and the next, etc. 3. live like no other now... so that someday you can live like no other! (Meaning eat beans and weinies for a few years if you have to, to accomplish your financial goals... so later in life you can live with no worries and enjoy life).

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
