When I was in business JD came out with their skid steers. My salesman told me NOT to even look at them! He said the engineers tested them in the dessert and when they started selling them a number of guys bought them for dirt and plowing snow. Problem was the orifices the hyd system used were too small and the hydraulics wouldn't work when the temperatures were in the 20"s. Lost some customers and the dealer I used quit selling them and went back to selling Mustangs!
