I agree with sam, you need to find a machine shop and not a parts replacer. Either machine the block for a thicker thrust or build it back up and remachine to size. I have done them. I just did a shibaru (spelling ?) ,something that ford compact tractors and new holland skid loaders use, ran low on oil,has no cam bearing ,cam grabbed the block and they swapped material. Line bored the cam bore and made cam bearing for it ,also ground the cam journal to clean it.
