I dunno... I've got an LS170 which is the newer version of your machine. It does that occasionally too. I don't take it to have much wrong. That's a fairly complicated regenerative valve... I'd say if it corrects itself when you push a bit harder on the valve... then don't worry about it. If it's a consistent problem then you get to go fishing.
The cylinder center seal is the first thing I'd question and that can be checked by unhooking one cylinder line and dead heading the valve in the other direction and see if it bypasses when the cylinder is fully extended or retracted depending on which hose you remove... If you get oil from a dead headed cylinder then you have a seal problem in the cylinder. Otherwise, you have a valve problem.
