My literature shows the 3400 as being an industrial/utility tractor - not a factory-equipped loader-tractor or TLB. So capacity would depend on which loader and backhoe you have. It does show a 5000# rating for the front axle. A little more looking in the book shows the 730 as the loader meant to fit the 3400, which has a max. lift of 2240# and 3385# breakout. The 10-ft. backhoe is the only one listed as recommended for the 3400.
