Can't say I am too impressed with JD here im my area, half the time you can't get the counter man to even acknowledge that you are there must less order a part. Took a belt in last time, when he finally looked at it, I told him what it came from etc, he hit like 3 keys then goes nope we don't have that, It was easy to tell he did not key anything into that computer.
