The cross member in the front under the radiator ware the engine bolts down is different, Bell housing, fly wheel clutch are all different as well as the starter. Finding parts like these for an old Dodge truck , Well lets just say there had to find to say the least. I have a 68 C600 dump truck and 2 parts trucks (C700 and C900 6-71 Detroit) to keep it running and still come up short on parts to fix it at times. If it runs good leave it alone, If it needs an engine find a good 361 to replace it with. Not many 47 year old trucks left to pick parts from.
