P.S. Since so many tractors that were built on steel wheels were converted to rubber tires when they became available, I personally don't think a well done set of cut-downs detracts from the tractor. Some of the cut-downs were very crude and I'm not talking about that. Just as a lot of farmer mods or improvements don't detract, neither do well done cut-downs
