da.bees, I am facing similar problems in that I am loosing my equilibrium, as well as just not being able to accomplish much any more. I have always, and now even more, loved to just go outside and sit, weather permitting, and watch the clouds roll by, listen to the birds, in other words, just enjoy what The Man Upstairs gave us to care for. When I was working, I would sit outside after supper at night with a glass of iced tea and watch the lightening play amongst the clouds in the distance. I believe in taking time now and then to smell the flowers, 'cause you only go 'round once.
