The horn is under the hood and is activated by a electrical button on the steering wheel.
On the lights.....
There should be 3 lights centered on the truck. These are called Identification lamps. They should be on top of the cab and should be spaced at least 6 inches and not more than 12 inches apart.
Then you have 2 Clearance lamps; One on each side of the vertical centerline to indicate overall width.
All 5 of these lights are required on trucks that are 80 inches or more wide.
While it is OK to add more lights it would be very uncommon for a truck manufactory to do so especially in single units. Where was this 6th lamp located???
