I can't say about the oil. But wonder about the talk of rebates. Why would anyone do rebates? All it does is give out your name and address to another bunch of junk mailers who will gladly fill your mailbox with their advertising. I would rather pay full price for oil, etc and not get the junk mail. My mail box is not a repository for everyone's glossy papered marketing schemes. The pox on junk mailers!
