In theory... and grade 70 chain should be roughly the same since the grade refers to the tensile strength of the chain. To meet the grade all would have to meet the strength requirement. In reality.. who knows how good the quality control is on any of them so you could get a wide variance... Just the same... if you go jerking on any 3/8" chain with a dozer you're just asking to break the darn thing. That machine could probably break a 1/2" chain if you wanted to try hard enough.
