After reading your post & all of the replies, the SMARTEST thing that you can do is to get YOUR FATHER involved. Your Father has the wisdom that age and experience brings. At 15 years of age, you are not old enough to sign legal, binding contracts that could have legal ramifications that YOU are not even aware of.
As others have stated, do your homework and check & double check to make sure that everything is on the up & up. Usually, when something comes along that sounds too good to be true, it IS too good to be true. Watch Out, be very, very careful, and as I said earlier - get YOUR FATHER involved, don't you & your buddy try to do it on your own.
