Early in the winter I saw that someone had dumped a big hot tub in a field not far from me. A few weeks ago I noticed it was gone....it was moved to another field about 3 miles away.
We've always had problems with people dumping stuff in our dumpsters on jobsites. One time a drywall contractor had his employees dump a bunch of scrap drywall in our dumpster....while we were there working. I took the keys out of their truck and told them they could have them back once they took their stuff out of my dumpster. They refused. They left on foot and came back about an hour later with their boss. The boss and two workers showed up looking like they were in a fighting mood. We were in the garage. As they walked up the driveway my Dad asked me if I thought those three guys looked dumb enough to think they could take two of us? They stopped in their tracks. The drywall contractor looked at my Dad, looked at me, looked back at Dad and apologized and told his guys to get their garbage out of the dumpster.
As for the OP's problem....Talk to the road commissioner. He might haul the tires away.
