Mike, I know of a place in Indiana that will hand make you shoes and inserts. The last pair a friend had made were over $600. So, if you have bad feet that's the place to go. Shoes will fit perfectly but you will be lucky if the soles last you a year. Getting them retreaded is about $60.
As for flat feet, there is a medical procedure done locally that can fix your problem. You will walk out of the hospital the same day.
I know a person that had that done and is very happy she did.
