Not saying any of these people weren't necessarily in the right. However, the dog guy tried to stop. He left skid marks, just didnt get stopped in time (not sure what his charge was, but had to do with hitting the dog). The golf cart guy as I recall, was not on public roadway. The driver of open container guy was breath tested and found to be sober. (I thought that was suppose to be a good thing- to have a designated driver). The guy burning was not in a burning ban, it was just not recomended to burn that day. The guy moving building was in compliance with the law on everything else (signs, lights, and what have) just didn't have the flags on the building. Farmer and old lady was probly clearly in the wrong legaly. Farmer unfortunately was on public road. A country road close to home doing his chores. Not making any excuses for the guy or saying he wasn't in the wrong, just wanted to say that he wasn't headed to the bar like some suggested. Thought I would post these details because a couple post's suggested details were left out.
