I went 3 times a week for a month, twice a week for another 2 months, once a week for another month. Took care of my carpal tunnel symptoms. Also put me in a lot better mood and got rid of my severe headaches, I had to sleep on my back with pillows beside my head to keep my neck straight, or I'd wake up with a terrible headache. Could tell the difference in my mood by the end of the first week. Haven't been to one in a while, got an app't scheduled for Monday morning. This one is good, she'll do just about anything but jump on you to get things moving, she got stuff up between my shoulder blades to move that hasn't moved in years.
