Has a steering problem. As soonasthe engine is started, the steering goes hard left and locks. Only way to straighten the wheel is shut the engine down and crack open the hydraulic lines on the steering. Either a stuck valve up in the steering column, or something came apart in the hydraulic pump and metal chips got into somewhere they shouldnt be.
