No, someone else called him and others liars. You just called him stupid but not in so many words.
For the record my insurance would have more than doubled and my deductible more than tripled buying through the marketplace site compared to our previous plan.
Thankfully our canceled policy was reinstated even though it was at a higher cost and with a higher deductible, but still close to 6000 a year less than the ACA marketplace price and a deductible that was half.
Unfortunately that plan will go away at the end of the year at which time we'll likely have to settle for much worse insurance coverage.
