I have that pay plan and the same thing happens to me about once or twice month. About a year ago I called about it the girl had no answer that made sense. Gave her a low limit credit card to auto replenish my account. It seems to work pretty good and my annual cost is not much hirer. Now that I read George's post I am going to call them again and maybe get a better explanation.
