Your hyd linkage must be messed up, open center hyd the pump always flows oil at almost no pressure until you move a lever.
So:
Either some hose is blocked within the hyd system.
The ports directing the extra flow of oil are plugged up.
Or your hyd valves are not set right, most likely. Jiggle those 2 hyd levers there on the right side.
Don't run it without hyd oil, your pump gets real unhappy real fast.....
Your power steering, if you have, runs off the same pump, was the power steering causing the problem? Just thought of this....
The add and check hole for the hyd oil is in front of the brake pedals, that angled little plug. Look in, it should be about full there. Anyhow we always about fill that hole up to the threads.
As I mentioned on the other site, check your independent pto also, that is a seperate resivor, don't be like me and forget.....
