Though if it were me, the next time I started complaining about someone not speaking English, I would make damn sure every T is crossed, every I is dotted, and every sentence was perfectly formed, because complaining about people not using English when you can't be bothered to use it properly is hypocrisy.
He's probably not dealing with Carolina Carports directly, but through a dealer. He should be badmouthing that dealer, not Carolina Carports.
If you complain directly to Carolina Carports, you will likely get satisfaction, and the dealer will lose his franchise.
