: : : What is it worth and who wants it? My wifes grandmother has one with several implements. Her late husband woked it regularly until his death. It appears to be in good shape excepting dry rot on the tires, and scratched up paint. It is electric start. She would like to sell it but I won't forward any unreasonable offers.Oh yea.It is in central Texas. : : John, it impossible to give you any idea of what this tractor is worth without some very important information. the most important information is the serial number. What model is the tractor? Does it run? Is the tin in good shape etc.? I am just trying to help you get some respones! Good Luck, SEA : Sn41809 good tin 3pt. runs well John, per the book that I have, you a John Deere G it is a 1950. I looked at a 1950 G last month in eastern Iowa that had a recent overhaul, the tires were about 70% and the tin was very good a with decent paint job. This was a nice clean tractor, but it was not restored. The owner was asking $4000 and said he would not take any less. He still has the tractor. I think he will probably end up selling the tractor for $3000 to $3500. Good Luck, SEA
