You can use the Export feature in Internet Explorer to export your Favorites, Feeds and Cookies to a USB drive and then import to the new computer. I have also copied the favorites folder when the computer wouldn't work but I could read the drive from another computer and pasted it to the new computer. Look under "File" and click on "Import & Export"
