It is all about who owns the dealership and how he treats his customers, there is an old allis dealer in a small town that will bend over backwards to get me parts. I walk into the JD dealer and can't even get a belt for my finish mower they sell. Drove 1/4 mile down the road and the new holland dealer sold me the belt. Its all about people.
