Those were the last batch they built. The Allis-Chalmers line has been discontinued and they are just selling the remaining stock of them.
They had a good thing but did the wrong thing. Simplicity only made them available as a cheaper alternative to the Simplicity line. The mistake they made was they should have made them a top end product so it was something to last and for the large acreage owners.
