Bad idea to boost the pressure even if you know how. The old hydraulic system won't be able to withstand the pressure. You'll have blown lines, blown orings and oil running all over the place.
If you have a more modern tractor to pull it with, you probably should use that. If it will lift it now, you should probably just put up with the slowness.
