I have the opportunity to purchase a 1950. The serial number is: 152-020-415 and the model number is 195-8216. The owner stated that he has not had it running in 2-3 years. He also said he some paper work stating the extent of the engine rebuild not to long before it was parked. The Hydro-Power is supposed to work fine. The owner stated that he had some transmission problems. Evidently the front seal by the transmission shaft that powers the FWD leaked oil into the transfer case and then out the breather. We do not know the extent of the transmission damage until we tear into it. How available are parts for this tractor? Do they share any commonality with the newer 1950T or 1955? I am thinking of a restoration. I need any information that is available. Rubber on the rear is 23.1X34 and not real good. Front rubber is new. What is a fair price for this machine. Overall appearance is fair. Oliver/White tractors have been on this farm since 1951, but we never had any transmission problems other than a shifting fork.
