Welded alot of pipe with on just like it until guy backed a dozer over the engine. The MOST important thing is never use a grinder on high speed ther should be a sticker on it tell you that, it puts out way more that 120 volts on high and will burn your grinder up. Check the holes you plug the stinger into and make sure they are clean. also check the stinger and ground and make sure they are not breaking down in the lead or in the clamps. The one I used was a great machine until the track ate it.
