I don't know if all 50 states "honor" certain months of the year for various agricultural aspects, but here in Minnesota my 2 favorite months for agriculture are May is beef month, and June is dairy month. With that being said, I would like to give a tip of the cap to everyone as a salute to all the hard working beef farmers out there that produce such awesome and tasty cuts for us each and everyday.
