It is going to happen. Accept it. Now you can do it the right way and legally, or you can let your head rule and fretter away your parents life time efforts because you are too soft hearted to do it properly and quickly. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
