There is a small hole in the casing, use a small punch to push the clip out of the groove and use a screw driver or pick to lift it up and out by working your way around it,. you may have to chase the clip around in the groove till one end of the clip is close too that hole.
Once the clip is out use air pressure on the opposite end to push the cap out with the piston. ( be mindfull airpressure has a lot of power and if the cap is tight it can explode out of there with the piston right behind it, maybe best to do it outside on the grass).
