Parts on Minnesota are very wet also. I field cultivated 2 days ago next to a furrow that was holding water, the tractor pulled down a bit but walked through.
A tough deal when we get conditions like this. Person wants to wait for good ground conditions, but by May 20 corn should be coming up, not sitting in the bag here. Our summers are short, and lp is going to be in short supply this fall from the pipeline games going on, a late wet corn crop is a disaster we know already. The coop has been digging out their fertilizer rigs on a regular basis, as we call them in a bit too soon....
Forecast is good here for a few days, so should get something done.
