Charlie, My dad said the old CASE tractor did have a heavey cast iron grill, so I guess your answer is all I need. Do you know where I could get a picture of a CASE DC tractor?

The tinwork was in sad shape and I never knew of it's model #, etc. : : sounds to me like you had a dc case, they were built from 39 to around 53. did it have a heavy looking cast iron grill? if it did im sure it was a dc. : Charlie,
: I'm not sure about the front grill being cast iron. My first thought is that it wasn't but I could just be thinking of the Super M we had, which had the paint bleached out. I'll be seeing Dad this coming weekend and ask him more about it. I hope to print some good laughs from this website to let him read. He's nearly 88 years old but still has his fun time with tractos!
