9.5 inch body width x 25.4mm/inch = 241mm. As others have said, 245mm is the closest size.
I can't help on the load rating or on which profile ratio will get you the same height. A radial tire might squat a little more than a bias tire. Adjusting your lift cylinder and stops might easily compensate for a slight change in tire height.
