They brush hog our--well their line--every five years or so. Cool thing is, the mowing regenerates the grey dogwood. It used to be just grass with very little cover. Now I have an almost continuous patch of grey dogwood, elderberry and blackberry canes. rabbits love it! I leased the piece that crosses our property a few years ago. Cost $17.50 for about four acres. Gives me a little more clout when dealing with quads and snowmobiles.
