Allis-Chalmers 314 garden tractor good mower to buy?

I have been looking at an Allis-Chalmers 314
I mow about 2 acres, the AC with a 46" deck looked like it could do the job.
I was curious about parts availability. I know the company has been bought a few times, but I don't know if parts for that garden tractor are readily available. Any info would be appreciated.
Also wondering what year it is.
