I'm guessing water or fuel got in one of the cylinders (bad)or your starter or starter drive died (looking better than water in the cylinders eh?) or maybe even some accessory like a alternator/generator, hydraulic pump, water pump, power steering pump or injector pump has seized. Try to turn the motor over by hand with a wrench or socket if a gas tractor pull the plugs and see if it'll turn over, if a diesel pull the injectors OR maybe consider removing the starter and accessory belts and accessory device to see what might be preventing it from turning over before you pull the injectors.
I say this as I remember a tale one of my Uncles told, he ran an auto salvage business and purchased a really clean Monte Carlo for cheap because the engine was seized. They pulled it into the disassembly bay and removed the front clip, radiator, doors, radio, trunk lid, brake drums & rotors, calipers and such. One of the guys was screwing around with the engine getting ready to remove the alternator and other motor components, the more he looked the more he wondered, pulled out his jackknife and cut the A.I.R. pump belt, the engine wasn't seized anymore, but since the car was already apart it went for parts, had they figured it out before they took it apart they would of installed a new A.I.R. pump and resold the car.
If it is seized you have three options, Rebuild/repair the engine, install another engine or part company with the tractor.

It would be a great day for the collies and the terrier dogs, rats and mice would be at the bottom of the stacks so the dogs, would have a busy time hunting and killing, all the corn was gathered and ricked in what we c
