Take the 1 in 6, or 48 million total number that they say get ''sick'', what does that even mean? Their bellies hurt from overeating? Something disagreed with them? I don't know how anyone can arrive at a number like that and apply any meaningful data to it, it has to based on suveys which are notoriously unreliable because many people cannot comprehend what they are being asked. Of the 128,000 hospitalized, how many of them are due to food allergies? I would suspect quite a few, another large percentage could easily be due to self induced food poisoning, using a dirty cutting board, leaving food out to spoil, etc. at any rate, to further put things in perpective, 128,000 people is about 1/25th of 1% of the US population. As far as the 3,000 people who supposedly die each year it is almost a deadlock cinch that most of those are due to allergic reactions or choking, again, perpective matters as 3000 people is roughly 1/1000th of 1% of the US population. Several million people, mostly Women and Children, starve to death or die from disieases related to malnourishment each year across Asia Minor and Sub Saharan Africa, I'm sure they would love to have our food production and delivery systems. As all government agencies from the dawn of time have done US government agencies manufacture crisis to gain public support for expanding their little empires and to justify hiring more deadheads.
