Those must be fresh eggs if they don't peel well. The eggs that are over a month old peel the best. I visited one of these HUGE mega egg farms when I sold milk and eggs door to door. The farmer graded and stored the eggs for Supper chain stores. He said they were in his cooler for a minimum of a month before they rolled out the door.
