I'm a rep for Ton-Tex Corp., we sell new belts for power transmission. A repair like this should cost you no more than $5 - $10. Look in your phonebook under "belting" and give a few places a call. Tell them you need a 3.5" belt relaced with Clipper Stainless Steel hooks. They should be able to give you a price over the phone.
