John Blue probably didn't have the right dealer network to move them, so they didn't sell well. I have read that there were around 20 known to exist, I think there is more of a following out east. I have one for sale here in WA state, probably too far away for those who are looking for one...

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
