I own 2, 930 case's a diesel and a gas converted to LP.
It all depends on the level of care, so if you dont mind may i ask why you are asking for a number.
A well cared for 930, 401 diesel engine could last 10,000 hrs before it needs an over-haul. A poorly maintained engine may need service within a 1,000 hrs.
Its hard to put a number on something without more info.
If your looking to buy a 930 case then please consider this suggestion; go by the current condition of the tractor and not the number of hours on the machine. For an old tractor how it was maintained means more than hours.
