What all do they need to have done? I know they should be bored out but what about grinding the valves, anything to the crank, milling the head? What all has to be done to do it right? Thanks for the advise!

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
