Goose, I will add,... If My memory serves 1 or 2 Prototypes Were built, After Field trials and Testing they were DESTROYED! And the Prototypes didn't look like the Cross-Bred examples we See today! This concept didn't make production till the 300/350 series. But...........There is some sort of a market for these Cross-bred tractors. Spoke to Fellow a few days ago who is in process of building one, a......SH-TA-LP!.... Anyway he has, is, visiting with someone who built a Dsl version, and Sold it for $20K Money talks and BS Walks as long as there are folks who want to Build, Own and Have and prototype tractor it is their Money and their Tractor. I personally hate seeing perfectly good 300/350s knocked in the head to build one! I suppose it is like all the clone Big Block Hemi Cudas, Vets, Camaros. There are more on the road than ever Built! As long as I am not asked to pitch in $$$$ I will remain calm and as quiet as possible. Later, John A.
