As has already been mentioned, dry ice is supposed to remove dents. I learned this on another website a few years ago. One of the participants ran a used car lot and told about putting dry ice in the pocket of the dent and letting it sit in the sun. I know the dealershi8p where I once worked had a man come by ever so often, I think it was called "The Dent Doctor", he had some godawful looking tools, but he was good at removing dents. I am sure he had to undergo quite a bit of training to do so.
