So I live in Iowa and rule is have 30 days to license my truck I just bought only problem is I'm gonna be outta town week days for five weeks for work, what's the penalty if I wait longer than 30 days, I have title just need to turn it over into my name, I could change date on title for purchase date as I bought it from my brother, will post pictures when I take some.
