Mike, I was told by the Surgeon that a I.V. is what he uses so I rest. Not out but for only a couple minutes so needle can be used underneath the eyeball, so there will be no discomfort . Will be awake so we can converse. He uses ultra sound to break up the cataract. wash out the eye,install lense. same procedure for the right eye one week later. Will have to use eye drops for 30 days.Lots for an old dog to learn new tricks. lol. regards LOU.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
