: R Spence Robert, most likely it will push on a tractor such as yours without live PTO. It's just a momentum thing that happens in most such cases. You can try to get good at knocking the transmission out of gear on the go but it's a sorry (and dangerous) way to go. The clutch is best and there's little to them. Have a good day. John
