I'll be the first to say that some chiropractors are quacks and some are quite good at what they do. Quite a few years ago, I went to one who wanted me to be there once a week....for forever. That didn't sit well with me. I have a nephew who treats a person a couple of times and tells them that if they feel fine that they don't have to come in any more. There's also a local old chiropractor who had a large-brested (his words) woman come in and said that she was going to have breast reduction surgery because her back always hurt so bad and had for years. He openly told her that he he hated to see a set of good breasts wasted (again,his words), and had her open her mouth. He looked in and told her that she needed a tooth pulled. She went to her dentist and he also agreed that the same tooth needed to be pulled. Afterwards, she didn't have back problems anymore. Bottom line, check out a chiropractor if you need to, but if you don't feel comfortable with what he tells you, don't go back.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
